Esensorix provides software for monitoring tanks and sensors, configuring alerts, and viewing reports. Features may change over time as the product evolves.
3. Your responsibilities
Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate device configuration, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for acting on alerts appropriately.
4. Availability & alerts
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and alerts may be delayed or missed due to device, network, or third-party conditions outside our control. Do not rely on Esensorix as the sole safeguard for safety-critical situations.
5. Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Esensorix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
